Scala Suite

The apartment is on the first floor of a typical building of the Sassi, the ancient districts of Matera. This accommodation is accessed by a staircase located in a typical little neighborhood of the Sassi. The building built in the seventeenth century has a typical structure with load-bearing walls built with tuff blocks and the vaulted ceilings are surmounted by a roof covered with terracotta tiles.

La Scala Suite is equipped with a small kitchen with fridge, table and induction hob, which leads to two large separate and independent rooms; one is located behind the kitchen and the other upstairs.

Idris room

It is the largest room of the structure, it is a double room with the possibility of adding two more beds; it is the ideal room for a family of 3 or 4 people or for those who want to stay in a comfortable and spacious. The room measures approximately 40 square meters, has two separate spaces all on the same floor. The double bed is located in the largest space where there is also a small table and a chaise longue. This space is separated from the other small room that houses the sofa bed by a masonry septum and a retractable sliding door.
The Idris room has a small balcony with a spectacular view of the Sassi di Matera, a private bathroom with a window and a hydromassage bath, a wardrobe, a coffee machine and a flat-screen TV.

Civita room

The Civita room is a double room with a double bed. It is located upstairs and is accessed from the kitchen via a staircase. The room of about 30 square meters has a window overlooking the Sassi and a private bathroom, also equipped with window. In the room there is also a retractable wardrobe, a coffee corner and a flat-screen TV.
